The Sales / Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing existing accounts.

This role focuses on companies that utilize temporary staffing services, requiring a proactive approach to lead generation, outreach, and contract negotiation.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in sales, account management, or staffing industry preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients who could utilize our services
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate service agreements, rates, and terms with clients
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful placements
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in West Los Angeles, CA 90025
