Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview

In this role you will lead a team to execute purchasing and logistics strategies that optimize cost, quality, and supplier reliability. You will ensure processes are followed per company and Procurement team procedures while implementing sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.

Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: Bartlesville, OK
Work Model: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure relevant parties understand strategies and execute processes accordingly, maintaining alignment between local procurement activities and division strategy.
• Implement programs to drive improvements in cost, quality, and delivery in line with group/business area guidelines and global objectives.
• Secure full utilization of the SAP Ariba platform by sharing supplier information and identifying high-performing suppliers.
• Manage planning and tracking of procurement activities, including cost budgets, emerging country spending, and savings forecasts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management within complex global companies, preferably in direct materials, industrial automation, automotive, or aerospace environments.
• Very good understanding of regulations and the geopolitical environment.
• Highly proactive, results-driven with a strategic approach to decision-making; change management experience is a plus.
• Experience working in an international and multi-cultural environment.
• Knowledge of contractual law, international trade, and code standards at the global, local, and regional levels.
• Thorough understanding of SAP; knowledge of SAP Ariba is a plus.
