Entry Level Sales / Events – RVA in Virginia in Sky’s The Limit Marketing (job Id: 1677115601)

Position Overview

Sky's The Limit Marketing, Inc. is looking for an Entry Level Sales Rep with a Business Mindset to join our team in RVA. The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new accounts in an events environment. This hybrid role acts as a liaison between our products and consumers at events in the RVA and surrounding areas, with training offered locally, at our HQ in Newport News, or via virtual sessions on Zoom. Frequent travel to Newport News (2-4 times per month) and attendance at local events are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify leads – Prospect new sales leads, host face-to-face events, and prepare potential customers for ourProducts/Services.
• Manage teams – Maintain close contact with staff, coordinate meetings and calls to boost brand awareness, educational opportunities, and overall team performance.
• Customer support – Answer inquiries, identify issues, and provide effective solutions to enhance customer retention.

Required Qualifications

• Entry Level Position – Applicants must be 18+ years old
• Vehicle & Driver's License Required
• Ability to engage in face-to-face conversations for 6+ hours daily
• This is not a remote or desk position
• Self-Motivated & Self-Driven

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic experience in Customer Service, Sales, & Management
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
• Previous Leadership Experience is preferred
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
