Position Overview

Adecco is assisting a top financial client in Jacksonville, FL with filling Customer Service Representative positions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional support by providing clear and accurate responses to clients and internal partners, managing risk through proper authentication, and navigating multiple systems to deliver quality service. This opportunity offers Compensation: $21.00 per hour, a weekly paycheck, flexible shifts with open availability, and support from a dedicated onboarding specialist and recruiter. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clients and internal partners with clear, complete, and accurate responses at the point of call.
  • Deliver quality service by offering effective and efficient operations support.
  • Manage risk by accurately authenticating clients and fully adhering to policy.
  • Navigate through multiple applications and tools to understand and apply policy.
  • Display passion and commitment to improve customers' financial lives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of high-volume customer service experience.
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint (REQUIREMENT).
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high call volume environment.
  • Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
