Internship Opportunity

This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a private commercial real estate group’s marketing department. The role supports a variety of marketing functions for both our real estate and construction business units, providing exposure to digital marketing, design, and communications in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the creation and editing of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and digital ads.
  • Supporting social media management by drafting posts, creating visuals, and tracking engagement.
  • Helping prepare and send email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp.
  • Assisting in website updates on WordPress and basic content management.
  • Conducting market research and gathering data to support campaigns.
  • Helping organize and track marketing collateral, signage, and event materials.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of events and trade shows.
  • Supporting property marketing by updating listings across digital platforms.
  • Assisting with content development for blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Recording analytics for digital campaigns and preparing simple reports.
  • Visiting properties and project sites to take photos and videos for use in marketing campaigns.
  • Assisting with photo editing and ensuring media is formatted for digital and print use.

MUST HAVES

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Experience or familiarity with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Ads Manager, including implementing paid media and managing budgets.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp and WordPress is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A creative thinker with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
