They are seeking a Senior level recruiter to partner with their Individual Advisory Services (Wealth Management) organization. In this role, you will actively recruit highly skilled wealth managers (Series 7, 63), directors, and business support personnel while building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct wealth management and advisory market research and cultivate candidates from initial contact through close, including offer negotiation and business relationship management.
- Cultivate a network both inside and outside the organization in the wealth management and advisory space; anticipate hiring manager preferences to achieve high offer-to-interview ratios.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience with 3-5 years of Financial Services Recruiting experience.
- At least 3 years of experience recruiting for professional positions.
- Strong client management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Excellent market research capabilities and the ability to present findings to senior management.
- Strong sourcing skills (including computer and networking software) and proficiency in generating candidate leads.
- Outstanding phone interviewing skills to assess core competencies and refer top candidates to hiring managers.
- Self-sufficient with minimal supervision and strong consulting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategies, including employer promotion, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
