Position Overview

Join TQL as a Fast Track Sales Representative located in Cincinnati – PAID RELOCATION PROVIDED. In this role, you will be part of one of the nation’s largest freight brokerage firms, taking charge of building relationships, closing deals, and ensuring shipments run smoothly, all while enjoying real opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to build relationships and develop your own book of business.
• Close deals with new and existing customers to meet their freight transportation needs.
• Negotiate pricing with shippers and carriers, creating solutions that work for everyone.
• Manage shipments daily to ensure smooth operations while solving challenges as they arise.
• Communicate openly with your team and customers to build trust and maintain transparency.

• Confidence in negotiation skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
