Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding activities and manage data workflows across internal systems
  • Ensure compliance with background checks and I-9 requirements
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and new hires to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR operations or onboarding
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience using Workday and applicant tracking systems is preferred
  • Knowledge of I-9 and background check processes is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
