Position Overview

Our client is a global leader in Talent Management operating in nearly 90 countries. They are poised to move from a close third in market position to the number 1 spot. In a creative, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture, this role is designed for a dynamic professional with Experience Required: 8-10 years in global sales, marketing, and business development. The incumbent will be responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive global sales strategy across a highly matrixed organization, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Head of Marketing, Board of Managers, and an Advisory Committee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Marketing on RFP and RFQ templates and responses, creation of collateral materials, support of the PR strategy, and developing the selling and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with partner offices across the globe to identify viable and winnable sales opportunities, enhancing the organization’s selling and close success.
  • Analyze past losses and wins to construct a profile of targets and strategies; develop the organization's sales strategy for all lines of business.
  • Represent the organization as a unified entity and clearly articulate its value to global clients.
  • Develop a structured sales process including target and penetration strategies, success metrics, pricing management, and training initiatives such as mentoring and coaching.
  • Establish sales territory protocols and management frameworks.
  • Assist partner offices in recruiting and hiring appropriate regional sales personnel.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Advanced degree preferred (MBA) or commensurate experience in a global sales environment.
  • Experience Required: 8-10 years in global sales, marketing, and business development in professional services selling to mid-size to large corporate clients.
  • Proven ability to work in a complex, fast-paced service business with excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualifications: Multiple language skills and familiarity with international sales strategies are a plus.
