Field Engineer - Miami Metromover

Key Responsibilities

• Governance: Deploys and ensures the application of Installation, Testing and Commissioning processes by the Field team within the project.
• Quality: Ensures field activities are carried out correctly and on time in accordance with the plan, Alstom standards and documentation; executes Field Modification Instructions (FMI) on-site per Engineering instructions; ensures Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS compliance with Zero deviation), reports, and anticipates issues.
• Technical Scope: Prepares and executes tests, log analysis, and test reports; checks compliance of Signaling systems with system specification documents and contractual requirements; commits to project milestones; manages tools and ensures accurate calibration.
• Communication: Provides daily reports through periodic Key Performance Indicators (KPI); records Non‑conformity reports (NCR) on test sheets and communicates results for system validation and roll‑out; ensures design‑related issues are properly reported with defect descriptions and test context; issues the REX (Returns on Experience – lessons learned) on ITC activities and proposes improvements to processes and tools.
• Performance Measurement: Demonstrates efficiency and proactivity during T&C test execution; adheres to EHS (Zero deviation) and regulatory standards; ensures quality in anticipation, monitoring, and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. May have equivalent education or experiences.
• Valid Driver's license
