Job Description

Position Overview

Amarr Garage Doors, a leading manufacturer and part of global opening solutions company ASSA ABLOY, is seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This role is the operational backbone of our digital marketing team, ensuring that digital initiatives—from websites to campaigns—are delivered accurately, consistently, and on time. The successful candidate will establish processes, standards, and operational foundations, while stepping into execution, editing, troubleshooting, or quality assurance when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of intake, prioritization, and coordination for digital marketing initiatives; translate strategic objectives into clear execution plans, timelines, and requirements.
  • Own day-to-day operational oversight of web properties and related digital touchpoints, including content publishing, page updates, navigation changes, SEO implementations, form updates, and UX enhancements.
  • Oversee end-to-end lead capture workflows, including form management, source tracking, routing rules, and destination logic; support governance of customer journey and marketing automation processes.
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies and external partners; review deliverables for accuracy, brand alignment, and adherence to UX, SEO, and tracking standards.
  • Act as the business owner for marketing platforms and tools, including CMS, SEO tools, and social publishing platforms; coordinate marketing technology integrations.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and internal stakeholders to improve data quality across campaigns, ensuring standards for tracking and naming conventions.
  • Maintain QA and launch readiness checklists for website updates, campaigns, forms, and tracking; conduct periodic audits to identify and resolve issues.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency in content review, workflow optimization, quality assurance, analysis, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience across digital marketing disciplines, including website content management, SEO fundamentals, CMS platforms, campaign workflows, and analytics tagging.
  • Experience managing agencies or external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of lead workflows, campaign operations, and digital execution dependencies.
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools and platforms used in marketing operations and content workflows.
