Position Overview

Elevated IC is a privately held marketing firm based in Missouri that specializes in outsourced sales and marketing, including corporate promotions for top clients across diverse industries. With plans to expand into additional locations over the next year, our mission is to represent industry leaders in some of the nation’s largest retail environments and to cultivate our next generation of branch managers through an extensive in‐house training program.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent our clients in large national retail locations
• Participate in our internal training program for developing future branch managers
• Engage in a variety of functions including promotional sales, customer service, event marketing, public relations, and in-person sales
• Uphold a professional image at all times and contribute to a positive team environment

Required Qualifications

• You must be able to START WITHIN 2 weeks
• Excited and motivated for challenge, growth, and training
• Maintain a professional image with a great attitude, work ethic, and a student mentality
• Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure
• Detail-oriented with the capability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
