Position Overview

We are hiring Agency Sales Representatives to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services, analyzing market trends, and providing excellent customer service. Based in Dallas, our marketing and sales agency is seeking future managers. Key Responsibilities

  • Interaction with hot leads
  • Understanding prospect's needs
  • Make sales presentations
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and sales
  • Identifying sales opportunities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Maintain a pipeline of current and potential customers
  • Establish new client relationships and follow up with previous clients as needed
  • Demonstrate the benefits of our services
  • Stay up to date on competing products and services in the insurance industry
  • Achieve high sales targets

Required Qualifications

  • Must have outstanding interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding communication skills: verbal, written, and listening
  • Must be coachable and willing to learn
  • Must be motivated, driven, and determined
  • Proven track record of ethical behavior, trustworthiness, and dependability
