Joining the Evisort AI team means becoming part of a startup-like environment within Workday. You will help power Document Intelligence AI and Contract Lifecycle Management solutions by building groundbreaking AI technology that makes deal-making faster, better, and safer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ship world-class features with innovative experiences to customers, including functionality that demands heavy imagination and innovation.
  • Deeply understand customers and design best-in-class solutions from first principles to address complex challenges.
  • Act as the designated designer on product initiatives, rapidly iterating through prototypes, wireframes, and final designs.
  • Conduct, lead, and incorporate insights from user research and design sprints to continuously improve products.
  • Mentor peers, participate in design reviews, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure outstanding user-centric solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • P5 Principal AI Product Designer: 12+ years of experience as a UX Designer with 5+ years developing AI or complex workflow functionality.
  • P4 Senior AI Product Designer: 8+ years of experience as a UX Designer with 3+ years developing AI or complex workflow functionality.
  • Prior experience at a fast growing startup is a plus.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to understand the technical implications of design decisions.
  • Deep understanding of User Experience (UX) Design principles and methodologies.

  • Compensation: Competitive salary with ranges based on location – Primary (CAN.BC.Vancouver): $139,200 CAD - $208,800 CAD; Additional US locations: $164,900 USD - $282,000 USD; Colorado: $173,600 USD - $260,400 USD.
