InflectionCX, a leader in modern Customer Experiences, is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Contact Center Agents. In this work-from-home role at a moderate-to-high volume contact center, you will deliver exceptional customer service across phone calls, SMS, email, and chat. Our comprehensive, fully paid training program—including class discussions, hands-on training, e-learning modules, and instructor-led guidance—is designed to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a moderate to high volume of customer calls per day.
  • Meet established activity targets and key performance indicators.
  • Complete essential follow-up documentation after each interaction.
  • Provide an exceptional and positive experience in every interaction.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to multi-task, including navigating through multiple business applications.
  • Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to following privacy and security practices at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment.
  • University/College degree is an asset.
