Position Overview

"Roof Inspector - Entry Level Roofing Sales - Hiring ASAP!" at Advosy. Location: Mesa, AZ. We’re growing fast and looking for someone who brings energy, grit, and a genuine desire to help homeowners. As a Roof Inspector, your job is simple: meet with property owners, identify storm damage, complete a basic roof inspection, and walk them through how the insurance process works before construction begins. Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through a targeted door-to-door approach (residential & commercial).
• Complete basic roof inspections, identify storm damage, discuss general policy coverage, and submit claims for review.
• Focus on customer acquisition while our construction team and in-house licensed adjusters handle all project management and claims.
• Educate homeowners on wind, hail, and water damage and offer the right Advosy Home services based on their needs.
• Introduce and build value in energy, HVAC, and restoration solutions during your assessments.
• Manage your pipeline through consistent follow-ups, text/email campaigns, and in-home consultations.
• Work both independently in the field and collaboratively with the team.

Required Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident personality with strong communication skills when interacting with homeowners.
• High integrity with honesty as a non-negotiable value.
• Dependable work ethic, consistency, and a coachable, growth-minded mentality.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients around the Phoenix area.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor, field-based, commission-driven sales role.
• Willingness to travel locally, including company-funded blitz trips to other offices in Tucson, Vegas, and other parts of AZ.
