In this role, you will guide clients and support our team through every step of the sales process — from estimating and order entry to fabrication and installation coordination. You’ll sell high-quality custom products and ensure exceptional service delivery to both new and existing clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and requirements
• Interpret drawings and documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
• Develop accurate proposals based on materials, equipment, and labor
• Coordinate project documentation from design through fabrication and installation
• Perform pre-proposal duties including site visits, measurements, and conceptual designs
• Assist in product concept development tailored to client needs
• Maintain client accounts and history records
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with residential, commercial, and municipal clients
• Review quotes and estimates with project teams
• Prepare and present formal proposals to close sales
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and lead inquiries
• Support additional operational and administrative duties as assigned

Key Requirements & Competencies

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a related industry
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and regulations
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, CAD, estimating software, hand drafting)
• Ability to conceptualize and design based on application and function
• Outside Sales and/or Project Management experience preferred
• Construction background highly beneficial
• Strong organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and deadline-driven
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing

Schedule

Monday – Friday

7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Additional hours as needed)
