Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist I to support multiple companies across several states in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting once proficiency is demonstrated. Location: Denver Metro area

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support for multiple companies and states
  • Manage onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding
  • Serve as a resource to employees and managers on HR-related matters
  • Administer employee leaves, including FMLA and state family leave programs (FAMLI)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation
  • Partner with payroll, benefits, and leadership to ensure timely and accurate processing

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Required: 3 years of HR experience with a basic understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Oracle/Workday software is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment providing multi-state HR support, including administering employee leaves (FMLA/FAMLI) and managing compliance documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle HCM experience preferred
