Description
Humana's Primary Care Organization (PCO) is looking for a Senior Digital Marketer that has experience in website content management, events promotion, and strategy to join the PCO Marketing team working remote anywhere in the US.
The Primary Care Organization is committed to providing personalized, high-quality senior care and is seeking driven team members who want to be part of the effort. It's taking place at Conviva Care Centers and CenterWell Senior Primary Care facilities, members of PCO, where clinicians address multiple practice patterns and enhanced clinical protocols to drive senior patient care, wellbeing, and longevity.
Responsibilities
The Senior Digital Marketer will manage the creation and promotion of events on two brand websites, responsibilities will include managing webpages for events throughout our markets, managing B2C and B2B webinars, and oversee online content production for our virtual engagement platform. This position will liaise with creative and content teams to develop content for our audience. In addition to this, this position will include reporting out analytics on event page and webinar performance. This individual will collaborate with our website, social media, creative, and email marketing teams, in addition to external business partners and agencies/vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation, implementation, promotion, and analysis of online events and programming on our websites
- Oversee day-to-day strategy and management of webinar program, ensuring brand consistency across two brands
- Collaborate with brand, website, digital campaign teams and agency partners to create, implement, and promote events and webinars
- Partner with CRM campaign team to ensure events and rsvp data transfers correctly into Salesforce and other marketing technology applications
- Serve as administrator of automated event creation workflow, create, and manage event webpage templates, manage user rights, and troubleshoot with external partners
- Maintain Events promotion & On Demand Event playbook for use by the Sales Organization & Patient Engagement Team
- Track metrics and KPIs related to events and webinars with the ability to prioritize, driving business impact and results
- Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and others

- Serve as a backup to the website content team, assisting with publishing and content deployment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree: in business, marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field
- 5 years of digital marketing experience: specifically in website content management and/or digital events promotion
- Strong computer skills: using Microsoft Office general knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and social media channels
- Relevant experience: determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
- Strong understanding: of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
- Ability: to manage and supervise and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ON24 Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Management System
- Healthcare marketing experience
