Entry Level Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

HIRING Entry level Marketing Architectural Coordinator (Adobe Creative Cloud). Join a small, collaborative architecture firm delivering impactful public projects across NYC. This is a Contract position that is fully onsite. Location: New York, NY. Salary: $31.00/hr. Application Deadline: Dec 19, 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare RFP/RFQ submissions (layout, editing, printing, delivery)
• Update and maintain website content and social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Assist with marketing collateral (Christmas cards, brochures, presentations)
• Travel with principals for site visits and walkthroughs; take photos and notes
• Support proposal deadlines, including occasional weekend work for urgent submissions
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing materials align with firm standards
• Suggest and implement new marketing tools or techniques

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Familiarity with social media marketing and basic website management
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT for editing)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
