Position Overview
Accenture’s Data & AI organization is entering a new decade of innovation. We are seeking a Product Manager to guide the AI Refinery product development lifecycle—from concept to launch—to address customer needs and drive market growth. This role involves defining the product roadmap, collaborating with Advanced Research and Engineering teams, and ensuring that our innovations enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the overall product roadmap including vision, strategy, feature prioritization, timeline and stakeholder management.
- Identify opportunities to fill product gaps by monitoring market trends and gathering customer feedback.
- Continuously innovate by fostering creative thinking and supporting the latest research.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, and final product deliverables.
- Grow market share and enhance customer experience by aligning product initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Support sales efforts and enable account teams in client conversations, with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience; if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with platform products.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, or Java), machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
