Position Overview

Team Integrity – Keller Williams Southern Arizona, the #1 real estate team in the region, is seeking a talented, creative, and motivated Social Media Marketing & Content Creator. You’ll be the creative force behind our marketing presence – responsible for producing engaging content, managing our social channels, and generating new leads through innovative digital and AI-powered strategies. If you love shooting video, editing reels, writing creative captions, and leveraging AI tools to optimize results, this role is for you. This position is local to Tucson, AZ and requires in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Shoot and edit property photos, videos, agent features, and lifestyle reels.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, Jasper) to brainstorm ideas, write captions, and improve content performance.
• Develop marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and high-quality lead generation.
• Write creative copy for posts, blogs, and short-form videos aligned with Team Integrity’s voice.
• Schedule and monitor posts for maximum engagement and visibility.
• Track analytics, trends, and ad performance using both manual and AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate with team leadership on brand storytelling, recruiting, and property marketing.

Required Qualifications

• Must be local to Tucson or surrounding area (required for on-site content creation).
• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, real estate marketing, or digital content creation.
• Proficiency in AI-powered marketing tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut (or similar).
• Strong photography and video editing skills.
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics.
• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager or social media lead generation is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Must have reliable transportation and a positive, go-getter attitude.
