Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and efficient member service by processing financial transactions, responding to telephone requests, and maintaining member account records.
- Assist members with troubleshooting mobile banking issues and deliver unparalleled service.
- Contribute to sales goal attainment by identifying and educating members on product and service needs.
- Support departmental goals and meet individual performance metrics.
- Opportunity for Additional Credentials:
- Cards: Assist with card-specific needs, perform card maintenance, handle transactions, and submit disputes.
- Fraud: Identify and report fraudulent activity, assist with fraud inquiries, and manage compromised or suspicious accounts.
- Mentor: Mentor new hires, support peers with inquiries, and provide procedural feedback and guidance.
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 years of related experience along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to recognize and offer sales opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with PCs and applicable software, and thorough knowledge of credit union products and services.
- Accountability, teamwork, leadership, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, operate standard office equipment, and meet physical demands.
