Position Overview

In a fast-paced, high-energy environment, Samsara is seeking a talented and driven Account Development Manager. As a leader for our team, you will coach and mentor a group of Mid Market Development Representatives (ADRs), optimize prospecting strategies, and drive revenue growth. This hybrid role requires you to work 3 days per week in our Phoenix, AZ office and 2 days remotely. Please note, relocation assistance will not be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of 8-10 Mid Market Development Representatives (ADRs) through effective coaching and development.
  • Leverage company tools and dashboards to enhance ADR performance.
  • Hire, onboard, and mentor ADRs both in-person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to optimize the sales pipeline and drive revenue.
  • Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles – including Customer Success, Long Term Focus, Growth Mindset, Inclusivity, and Teamwork – as we scale globally.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • 1+ years of experience managing a team.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Deep understanding of SFDC.
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor Account Development Representatives.
  • Management experience in the SaaS or IoT space.
  • Ability to commute to our Phoenix office 3 days per week.
  • A strong desire to coach and develop others.
