- 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML research roles, ideally in applied or production-focused environments.
- Proven track record in delivering research-driven solutions that have been deployed in production.
- Strong foundational knowledge in machine learning and deep learning algorithms, with hands-on experience in techniques such as PEFT/LoRA, adapters, fine-tuning, and RLHF/RLAIF.
- Advanced programming skills, primarily in Python (preferred), and experience with C++ or Java, along with familiarity using deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and Hugging Face.
- Solid mathematical background in probability, linear algebra, and calculus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and translate research insights into actionable product improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR) are a plus.
- Domain expertise in areas such as natural language processing, symbolic reasoning, or speech processing.
Benefits & Perks
- H1B Sponsorship: Enigma has a track record of offering H1B sponsorship (with historical records in previous years), though this does not guarantee sponsorship for this specific role.
