Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate communication and integration with downstream partners as a key driver in the process.
  • Manage strategic customer accounts while exhibiting leadership and developing specialized expertise.
  • Assist in root cause problem solving for customer issues and concerns.
  • Manage order quantities to maximize shipping capabilities and determine the most cost-efficient shipping methods.
  • Participate in training, skill building, and knowledge transfer on processes and systems to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.
  • Utilize SAP and PRD systems for order entry, management, tracking, and problem resolution.
  • Execute order close to maintain a clean order book and manage customer orders using various reports.
  • Maintain positive and proactive relationships with Sales, CTE, Planning, Scheduling, and Converting teams.
  • Foster effective relationships and communicate proactively with customers regarding account status and service.
  • Collaborate as a team player by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and identifying continuous improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of global supply chain, including demand planning, supply planning, warehousing, transportation, and manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in Customer Service with experience servicing both internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Overall understanding and experience with ERP business applications; strong knowledge of SAP is highly recommended.
