Your Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot computer systems and network issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain and upgrade computer hardware and software as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Collaborate with other team members to implement new technology solutions and upgrades.
  • Conduct regular backups and recovery procedures to protect important data.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to suggest improvements and optimizations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for security and data protection.
  • Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Communicate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
  • Train and support non-technical staff on basic computer usage and troubleshooting.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient handling of technical requests.
  • Participate in regular meetings and discussions to share knowledge and enhance team performance.
  • Follow best practices for system maintenance, data integrity, and disaster recovery.
  • Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for security and data protection.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
