Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Cath Lab team at HCA Healthcare. As an integral part of the team, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the supply chain operations within the Cath Lab to ensure the highest level of quality and cost effectiveness. The successful candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and managerial expertise, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and eager to take on a challenging role with a high degree of autonomy.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proven ability to develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies and processes
• Expertise in inventory management, procurement and distribution
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies and processes that ensure the highest level of quality and cost effectiveness in the Cath Lab.
• Manage inventory, procurement and distribution of supplies and equipment for the Cath Lab.
• Monitor supply chain operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze data and identify areas of improvement for the supply chain.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Lead and motivate the supply chain team to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of team members and provide feedback.
• Create and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
