Position Overview

Park Consulting Group is the‘go to’ Technology Consulting Firmspecializing in permitting software solutions for cities, counties, and government agencies. As aProject Analyst, you will play a key support role on software implementation projects for public sector clients – a high-impact opportunity for those who excel in organization, problem-solving, and effective cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in internal and client meetings to capture notes, decisions, and next steps
  • Maintain structured documentation including action logs, task trackers, and status reports
  • Support the setup and configuration of enterprise systems (e.g., workflows, templates – no coding required)
  • Communicate updates and priorities with clarity and professionalism
  • Learn and utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and permitting platforms
  • Support cross-functional teams through changing timelines and evolving requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (3.0+ GPA preferred) and 1–3 years of experience in project support, analysis, or related roles
  • Tech-curious:A strong interest in software and enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Detail conscious – organized, accurate, and reliable
  • Flexible and solutions-oriented, with the ability to shift priorities and step in proactively
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both written and verbal interactions, including virtual collaboration
  • Hybrid-capable: Able to work 2–3 days/week in the Irvine office, with occasional CA site visits (valid CA driver’s license & reliable transportation required), and flexible availability during business hours (8:00AM – 6:00PM) including occasional weekends as needed
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass background checks (including MVR) and E-Verify
