Key Responsibilities

• Drive traffic and increase ROI for Seer’s clients through competitive analysis, keyword research, content creation, and link building.
• Measure the effectiveness of strategies by reporting with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Conductor.
• Monitor clients’ online presence by tracking and reporting on traffic, rankings, trends, and conversions.
• Communicate insights with clients via email, conference calls, or face-to-face meetings.
• Ensure that all efforts are directly tied to achieving business goals and delivering ROI.

Required Qualifications

• Passion for digital marketing with a holistic business perspective.
• Proficiency in SEO skills, including keyword research to understand clients’ online habits.
• Technical SEO capabilities (HTML, Javascript, CSS, iframes, etc.).
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills with an adaptive approach for managing client relationships.
• A keen sense for emerging SEO trends and willingness to share insights through various channels.
• Experience with innovative tools such as ChatGPT and GA4, with an eagerness to integrate AI into digital strategies.
• Ability to offer strategic recommendations while primarily focusing on execution.
• Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-driven, urgency-oriented work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Benefits & Perks

• Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000/ year – Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience.
