Entry Level Insurance Sales Representative - No Cold Calling

Position Overview

We are seeking part time and full time agents. Licensed Life/Health Agents can start immediately while non‐licensed agents will benefit from our excellent training program to obtain their license. This commission‐only position offers incentives, bonuses, and no caps or quotas. If you’re looking to supplement your income or build a full‐time career working with pre-qualified, in‐house leads, we want to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities

• Work exclusively with in‐house leads (clients who completed forms in their own handwriting)
• Participate in a team‐based environment and leverage training with top producers
• Generate residual income through commission-based opportunities
• Utilize company systems and training to maximize appointment success
• Contribute to a culture that values quality customer engagement over cold calling

Required Qualifications

• Agents with a business mindset who are driven to succeed and help others
• Self-motivated, hard working, and coachable (Very Important)
• Team player and/or leader willing to plug into our training program and system
• Life Insurance License is a huge plus, or a willingness to obtain one (can be obtained in 20 days or less)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual abilities (a plus but not required)

Benefits & Perks

• Compensation: Part Time: $35K–$75K; Full Time: $100K+ in the first year with an average commission of $300–$500 per appointment
