Position Overview

Our company – the Fastest Growing Home Improvement Company in the South Bay-LA – is launching our San Diego office. We are seeking FULL-TIME, highly motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. This COMMISSION ONLY role promises incredible earning potential (annual totals ranging from $150K to $300K, with top performers reaching even higher) and offers training in a proven sales system that has been perfected over 40 years. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize pre-qualified leads (guaranteed 2-3 per day) without the need for cold calling
• Follow a time-tested, proven sales system with daily motivational meetings
• Engage with potential clients to promote energy-efficient home improvement products
• Attend paid secondary training to accelerate your success
• Consistently work to maximize your commission-based earning potential

Required Qualifications

• Punctual and highly motivated with a self-driven attitude
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license (a must)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn the proven sales system
