Entry Level Programming Opportunity

Position Overview

Year Up United is a one-year-or-less intensive job training program designed to equip young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. The program combines technical and professional training with support from our industry‐leading talent placement firm, YUPRO Placement. Selected participants may secure internships at top organizations such as Salesforce, Workday, or PayPal in the California Bay Area. Participants also receive aneducational stipendas part of the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate fully in classroom training and hands-on technical courses.
• Develop professional skills including business communication, interviewing, and networking.
• Engage in personalized coaching and mentorship to refine career-ready abilities.
• Leverage internship opportunities to gain practical workplace experience.
• Utilize ongoing support services to successfully launch your career.

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED recipient
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree
• May be required to answer additional screening questions during the application process
