Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home technology.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their technology and offer additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean work area and uphold a professional attitude while working independently and in coordination with the team.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Schedule flexibility to travel and work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and maintain a 335 lb weight limit.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build trust and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle unexpected challenges.
• Determination to work in tight spaces and diverse weather conditions.
