What You’ll Do📝

Clinical Documentation in Real Time

• Document patient visits as they happen—capturing history, exams, and treatment plans
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant

EHR Management

• Enter and organize clinical data, lab results, imaging, and follow-ups
• Maintain clear, complete, and timely patient records

Support Clinical Workflow

• Prepare charts ahead of visits
• Keep providers organized and ensure smooth patient flow

Orders & Documentation Support

• Assist with documenting orders, prescriptions, and referrals
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in the medical record

Clinical Research Exposure

• Support documentation for research-related visits
• Help ensure study activities are captured accurately per protocol

Patient Interaction Support

• Help create a smooth, professional, and compassionate patient experience
• Support the care team in maintaining efficient clinic flow

Learn & Grow

• Build knowledge of medical terminology, workflows, and disease states
• Gain real-world clinical experience in a growing healthcare environment

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to think quickly and work in real time
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Interest in healthcare, medicine, or clinical research

Preferred: Prior scribing, healthcare, or clinical experience

Preferred: Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
