Job Description
Position Overview
As we continue to scale our B2B marketing organization we are looking for a performance marketing manager to join the Merchant CRM team (think: restaurants, retailers, and grocery stores you see when you open the Uber Eats app)! Your goal will be to lead global lifecycle marketing programs that engage our most strategic audiences, increase operational efficiency, and drive incremental revenue growth. We are on a transformational journey, in a fast growing business and looking for a passionate, data-driven, and innovative marketer to join us for the ride.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end Global CRM strategies to continually nurture, engage, and grow B2B customers
- Craft program-level marketing strategy with compelling and creative tactics that stretch across the full lifecycle and marry user needs with expert engagement insights
- Create effective cross-channel (email, in-app, push notification, sms) marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives and improve the customer experience
- Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders (Product, PMM, Regional Marketing, Ops teams) and external agencies to ensure CRM communications are relevant, personalized, and on-brand
- Work with development, data, and deployment teams to build and launch complex automated and ad hoc campaigns using internal and external tools
- Establish and report on KPIs for all campaigns while continuously running CRM marketing experiments including baseline, creative, content, and frequency testing
- Analyze campaign performance, draw conclusions based on data, present takeaways, and recommend next steps
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years proven experience in lifecycle marketing, customer communications, or customer engagement, ideally in a B2B environment
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution
- Strong measurement and analysis skills
- Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis

Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: For New York, NY-based roles, the base salary range is USD$104,000 per year - USD$115,500 per year
- For San Francisco, CA-based roles, the base salary range is USD$104,000 per year - USD$115,500 per year
- Bonus & Equity: Eligible to participate in Uber’s bonus program and may be offered an equity award and other types of compensation
