Job Duties

• Lead the functional design, implementation, and support of Smurfit Westrock Mach One SAP S/4 integrated tools Ariba and Icertis CLM.
• Implement all aspects for sourcing systems. This includes gathering requirements, design future state solutions, testing, change management and post implementation support.
• Identify when to use configuration and coding, as well as advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Collaborate with business resources to discuss and implement business requirements.
• Work with Technical Architects to translate functional specifications for technical solutions.
• Lead SAP Ariba and Icertis CLM configuration and implementation across a global installation.
• Collaborate with business resources on business requirements.
• Create business requirements and convert them technical designs for development.
• Troubleshoots issues and develop solutions.

Requirements

Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field and 7 years of experience in an IT Business Systems Analyst related occupation.

Position Requires Experience In The Following

• 5 years of experience implementing a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
• Experience with master data and transactional data for reporting.
• 7 years of experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting issues for reporting.
• 7 years of experience in onsite/offshore model in terms of delivery.
• 7 years of configuration experience
• 7 years of experience with SAP Ariba
• Experience in the following tools: SAP S4 HANA, SAP FIORI, and/or and related technologies.
