The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will drive the development and execution of global, integrated marketing initiatives that boost consumer demand, increase brand heat, and deliver sustainable sales. Working closely with cross-functional partners, this role will transform the brand into a highly considered head-to-toe outdoor lifestyle brand. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute breakthrough creative marketing plans that drive consumer engagement and long-term brand loyalty.
- Build and lead a best-in-class marketing team while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align brand strategy and integrate digital-first consumer marketing programs.
- Translate strategy into tactical marketing plans that drive commercial success and enhance retail experiences.
- Utilize consumer insights and data analytics to inform creative development and strategic decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences and serve as a compelling storyteller for the brand.
- Lead the global expansion of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment across cultures and markets.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovative approaches, including design-thinking methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent work experience in brand strategy, content creation, digital media, product marketing, or marketing analytics.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressively senior marketing experience on national or global brands.
- Proven track record in building consumer-centric brand and marketing strategies that drive both short-term gains and long-term growth.
- Extensive international marketing experience with the ability to align brands across diverse global markets and cultures.

Working Conditions: Normal office environment with approximately 25% travel required.
