Join the Sales team as a Client Manager, taking ownership of a portfolio of U.S.-based accounts. You’ll build relationships with clients who lease or purchase Xerox equipment, driving renewals, identifying new service opportunities, and expanding solution adoption to maximize business impact. This quota-bearing role is fast-paced and results-driven — perfect for someone who thrives on proactive outreach, sharp communication, and exceeding goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth & Excellence: Consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs by managing the full sales cycle—prospecting, solution design, negotiation, and closing—while driving incremental growth, renewals, and overall account performance.
  • Client-Centered Engagement: Build trust and strengthen long-term partnerships by proactively engaging clients through calls, virtual meetings, and on-site interactions. Leverage CRM and digital platforms to uncover new opportunities, deepen relationships, and maximize account potential.
  • Strategic Solutions Alignment: Apply critical thinking and industry insight to assess client needs and deliver tailored Xerox solutions that improve print performance, optimize workflows, and support clients’ digital transformation objectives.
  • Operational Excellence & Execution: Maintain organized, efficient sales processes with accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM updates. Ensure all activities are tracked transparently to drive accountability and enable informed business decisions.
  • Technology-Enabled Performance: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Teams, and data analysis to track progress, manage projects, and deliver impactful client-facing presentations.
  • Resilient & Results-Driven Contribution: Demonstrate persistence, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment. Resolve challenges quickly, managing multiple priorities effectively, and maintaining focus on achieving results.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Excellence: Demonstrated success in exceeding B2B sales targets and KPIs, with expertise in managing the full sales cycle and delivering tailored product and service solutions that drive business results.
  • Client-Centered Relationship Building: Skilled in building trust, fostering long-term client partnerships, and applying active listening and collaboration to uncover needs, strengthen engagement, and deliver value.
  • Strategic & Critical Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex sales situations, and implement solutions aligned with client objectives and industry trends, while taking calculated risks to maximize opportunities.
  • Technology & Execution: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM (or equivalent), Microsoft Teams, and data analysis; resourceful and organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and execute effectively in fast-paced environments.
