This Brand Ambassador position supports the Crunch locations in the Jacksonville, FL area. The primary objective of this position is to identify new sales opportunities through daily prospecting and participation in on‑site and local networking events. As a brand ambassador, our Marketing Coordinator assists in presenting the Crunch Franchise and all its offerings to current and potential members by delivering clear and effective communications to create an incredibly positive fitness experience that drives client acquisition and long‑term member retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Campaign Scheduling and Execution – Directly responsible for scheduling and executing the marketing calendar and campaigns including monthly promotions, grassroots, and perks partner initiatives.
- Responsibilities: Marketing Administration – Manage content calendars, execute monthly promotion guides, weekly company communications via email, text, and social media, and oversee reporting of new leads and units generated.
- Responsibilities: Social Media Community Management – Collaborate on content scheduling, post diversified content to boost engagement, assist local clubs with organic engagement, and analyze social media metrics to maximize lead generation.
- Responsibilities: Grass Roots Marketing Coordination – Coordinate local grassroots marketing initiatives and events, generate leads via referrals, cold calls, and territory outreach, and travel locally as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience Required: 1+ years of direct marketing experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- Requirements: Must be able to commute between Harbour Village and Regency Park locations for outreach/events and willing to work weekend shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualifications: Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
- Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
- Qualifications: Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus
