In the role of a Financial Services Consultant, your primary focus will be to deliver comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients, enabling them to achieve their financial goals and manage various life stages successfully. This position involves close collaboration with clients to understand their financial needs, propose personalized strategies, and recommend suitable financial products. You will serve as a trusted partner in guiding clients through their investment objectives, retirement planning, wealth management, and other key financial priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Aiding clients in outlining their short and long-range financial goals by constructing a financial strategy integrated with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking services along with customized asset management solutions
  • Advocates for banking and investment methods that are in accordance with the client's financial goals and requirements
  • Handles client inquiries by evaluating their needs and directing them to the appropriate internal service providers, considering client needs and financial criteria
  • Supervises and governs risk as a component of daily tasks
  • Discerns and involves potential new customers via referrals or individuals frequenting financial establishments
  • Supplies mentoring and advice to partners who refer based on familiarity with client needs and suggested services

Required Qualifications:

  • Boasts over a year of experience in the investments industry, with investment-specific training and a comprehensive grasp of investment products and services.
  • Requires at least one year of experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed goals.
  • Achieves whatever you set out to do through strategic goal-setting.
  • Nurtures and maintains healthy bonds.
  • Shows effectiveness in working collectively with others to achieve common goals.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and exudes confidence in interactions with clients, regardless of their background.
  • Handles goals adeptly, maneuvers through complexity, prioritizes tasks, and carries out actions swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Shows enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge, readily adjusts to fresh information, and is dedicated to finding effective solutions for clients.
  • Efficiently oversees time and resources.
  • Displays a comprehensive and thoughtful style in merging appropriate regulatory examinations into the daily processes and long-term visions for clients.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent computer proficiency coupled with the capacity to juggle various tasks effectively in a challenging work environment.
  • Successful track record of at least three years in the financial services industry or a sales arena, meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Attained further professional titles like Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
  • Attained your insurance permits.

Minimum Education Requirement:

Possessing a secondary school credential or GED certificate is a must
