In this role as a Digital Specialist I, you will help hoteliers across North America optimize and maintain their online presence, driving digital marketing performance through strategic channel management, content optimization, and reputation enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for hoteliers, partners, and subject matter experts, fostering strong relationships.
- Support company initiatives by addressing hotelier questions on online marketing and leveraging AI tools for data-driven content.
- Utilize professional verbal and written communication techniques to address concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Monitor and report on key digital marketing performance indicators to evaluate campaign success and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives and recommend innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year’s experience in the digital marketing space, preferably in online marketing, brand, or media marketing.
- Associate’s or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience building strong relationships with hoteliers via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO) along with familiarity with AI-driven tools and emerging technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking skills to analyze performance data and recommend innovative solutions.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Salesforce for project and data management.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with advanced computer literacy.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time and adapt to a hybrid work model with a minimum of two onsite days per week at our Phoenix office.
