You will gain hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and processes including CNC machining, automation, robotics, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles—a pathway to becoming a skilled technician or operator. You will work alongside a dedicated team, learning to operate and maintain sophisticated machinery, troubleshoot production issues, and adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians and operators in daily manufacturing tasks.
- Learn to operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machinery.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop technical skills.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for technology.
