Position Overview

This program is designed for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within a cutting-edge manufacturing environment. As an apprentice, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, mentorship from experienced professionals, and formal instruction to develop the skills necessary for a successful career in modern manufacturing.

You will gain hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and processes including CNC machining, automation, robotics, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles—a pathway to becoming a skilled technician or operator. You will work alongside a dedicated team, learning to operate and maintain sophisticated machinery, troubleshoot production issues, and adhere to strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians and operators in daily manufacturing tasks.
  • Learn to operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machinery.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop technical skills.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks in a manufacturing setting.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
