Join us at Grand Canyon Education and begin your career helping Grand Canyon University students succeed! We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to oversee the Oklahoma City territory in this unique community-based opportunity.
Salary: $75,000 per year with an earning potential of a six-figure income after 5 years.
Location: Must live within 30 miles of Oklahoma City; new hire training is held in-person at our Phoenix, AZ campus.
Experience Required: 3+ years in outside business development, consultative sales or account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and implementing event/activity plans for your territory to build awareness of our online academic programs in education, healthcare, and business, and to drive inquiry generation.
- Shaping high impact partnerships for your territory and executing daily work through informational presentations, calls, and emails to maximize value.
- Providing exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families, and partners via in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Championing the GCE mission by promoting Grand Canyon University student success and institutional growth.
- Supporting prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process by guiding them towards a successful online learning experience.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- No delinquency or default on a federal student loan; if in a rehabilitation program, the credit report must reflect current, non-delinquent payments.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Clear communication skills.
- Self-motivation and a strong drive to succeed.
- High emotional intelligence.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant industry-related professional experience.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
