Part-Time Social Media Content Creator

Are you the type of person who can turn an everyday job site into viral-worthy content?

We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy content creator to help grow our HVAC company’s social media presence across Southern California.

What You’ll Do

• Visit active job sites and create engaging daily content
• Film and edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more
• Capture behind-the-scenes installs, technician highlights, transformations, and customer interactions
• Stay on top of social media trends, audio, and viral content styles
• Help build a fun, professional, and recognizable brand online
• Post consistently and help increase engagement and followers

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation/social media management
• Strong video editing and filming skills
• Experience creating viral or high-engagement content preferred
• Must be comfortable around construction/job site environments
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Outgoing, creative, trendy, and self-motivated personality
• Ability to work independently and come up with fresh content ideas daily

Bonus Skills

• TikTok/Reels growth experience
• Photography/drone footage
• Graphic design experience
• Knowledge of HVAC or construction industry is a plus
