At CarMax, you will serve as a Sales Consultant helping customers find the right car that meets their needs. Located at 6909 Southwest Fwy, Houston, Texas, 77074, this role is dedicated to providing an iconic, transparent, and honest customer experience. You will build relationships with customers and guide them through every step—from initial assistance to completing the documentation—ensuring a smooth and satisfying vehicle purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Use your knowledge of CarMax inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
- Guide customers through every step of the process—from sales or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
- Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Sales and customer service experience, particularly in retail, is preferred.
- Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
- High level of self-motivation.
