Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service via phone, email, and chat in a fast-paced remote environment. ThisPart-timerole offersCompensation:from $15.00 per hour forExpected Hours:no more than 20 per week. Flexible shift options are available, with aNight Shiftrequirement and anOvernight Shiftpreference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain customer accounts and update information as needed
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote new products/services

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
  • Shift:Night Shift is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service experience of 1 year (Preferred)
  • Shift:Overnight Shift is preferred
