Exciting work happening at CenterWell Pharmacy Technology Group. The Lead Software Engineer codes software applications based on business requirements. The Lead Software Engineer works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
The Lead Software Engineer standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes. Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree: in Computer Science or related field
- 8 or more years: of progressive IT experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
- 2 or more years: of project leadership experience
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- 5 years: of overall experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other Salesforce products.
- 3 years: of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is MUST
- Good understanding of all administrative options/tasks/interfaces available in Business Management.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are strongly recommended.
- Experience with Salesforce Page Designer
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are strongly recommended.
- Experience in REST/SOAP web services.
- Experience in Web UI development.
- Experience in database development and modeling.
