Position Overview

Blue Sky Pest Control is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join our talented team. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful professional committed to meeting clients' needs in a dynamic sales environment. This role comes with a base salary of $47,000 with uncapped commission and first-year earnings expected to range from $60,000 to over $80,000—with potential to exceed $100,000 in subsequent years. Offices are located in Phoenix and Gilbert (with training in Gilbert) and the work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45am to 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business accounts by targeting commercial buildings across industries such as food processing, education, hospitality, medical, warehouse, industrial, offices, and retail.
  • Cultivate and grow your sales funnel through prospecting, cold calling, client meetings, assessing needs, and presenting proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company with integrity and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
