Compensation: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Do you have what it takes to lead Operations for the fastest growing soccer academy in Florida? At Pro Football Academy—the largest and fastest growing player development academy in Europe that has recently launched in Florida—we are looking for an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our youth soccer program. This role is pivotal in ensuring that players, parents, and coaches receive an exceptional experience while upholding our high training standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, secure and manage rental agreements with fields.
• Recruit, onboard and manage coaching staff.
• Fill in for coaches if they are unable to coach a session.
• Ensure training sessions meet and exceed PFA standards.
• Identify and broker local partnerships with clubs, schools, and other organizations to expand brand and membership.

Required Qualifications

• Passion and strong knowledge of soccer.
• Comfortable coaching kids and communicating with parents.
• Experience managing people and soccer coaches.
• Possession of UEFA, US Soccer, or English Football Coaching Certification.
• US Safesport, CPR/First Aid, and Heads Up Concussion Certifications.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong grasp of systems, people management, and logistics.
• Willingness to travel.
• A startup mindset—scrappy, hands-on, and eager to grow with the company.
